Description: Modern Northwest completed the tenant improvement build-out for Orenco Family Medicine from a cold shell within a five-story medical building. The project features high ceilings, 13 exam rooms, dedicated lab and medical assistant areas, multiple offices, and thoughtfully designed reception and breakroom spaces that create a welcoming, modern healthcare environment.
