Where we build
Our office is at 19140 NE Portal Way in Portland. On the Oregon side we have built in Portland, Hillsboro, Beaverton, Tigard, Lake Oswego, Troutdale and Salem. In Southwest Washington we have built in Vancouver, Camas, Washougal and Ridgefield. Most of our work is within an hour of the office, on both sides of the Columbia River.
How a job runs with us
It starts with a free walkthrough of the space. Before you sign anything, you get a budget and a schedule, so you know what the job costs and how long it takes. We pull the permit. One project manager runs the job from that first walkthrough through construction and turnover, so you always know who to call. When it suits the job, we work under a guaranteed maximum price, and we offer design-build when you want one contract for the drawings and the construction. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
