Alvin Tishenko has been immersed in construction from a young age, starting as a sider for a major general contractor, where he gained firsthand industry experience. He quickly transitioned into managing large-scale projects, applying his deep knowledge to lead Modern Northwest. Now, as CEO, he drives innovation, efficiency, and quality in custom homes, commercial construction, and tenant improvements, ensuring every project is built with excellence.

Chris Acosta serves as the President of Modern Northwest, bringing over a decade of team management experience to the company. His extensive background in real estate development is complemented by deep industry relationships and a strong commitment to community engagement. Under Chris's leadership, Modern Northwest has flourished, delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects that embody integrity, innovation, and excellence. His strategic vision and dedication to fostering strong partnerships have been instrumental in positioning Modern Northwest as a premier construction firm in the Pacific Northwest.

Sergey holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Architecture degrees from Portland State University. He began designing homes in 2012 while interning at an architectural firm and officially joined the company in 2013. Over the years, Sergey has gained extensive experience in various roles including assistant estimator, supervisor, project manager, and construction manager. He has managed numerous multi-family and residential projects. As the VP of Development, Sergey oversees all aspects of construction development, from small remodel permits to large-scale multi-family and subdivision projects. Sergey combines his architectural expertise with strong leadership skills to drive excellence across the development team.

Leo Voronko, a Washington State University Vancouver graduate with a BA in Business focusing on Accounting, has been an integral part of Modern Northwest since 2012. As CFO, Leo oversees all financial activities, ensuring accuracy and strategic financial management. His role involves budgeting, financial reporting, and managing financial risk to support the company's growth and operational success. In addition to his professional expertise, Leo enjoys playing the piano and conducting a local church choir, reflecting his dedication to precision and harmony in both his work and personal life.

Justin Stangel is a Senior Project Manager with a robust background in leading construction teams to achieve successful, profitable projects while fostering strong relationships with industry partners. Justin manages all levels of construction and development, from design to project completion, focusing on new and remodel multifamily projects ranging from 12 to 109 units. Previously, he held roles at very reputable General Contractors and Development companies in the Pacific Northwest, overseeing various projects including new warehouses and retirement communities, and gained experience as a Project Manager Intern. Justin holds a BS in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University and is proficient in tools like Bluebeam and ProCore. His skills span project bidding, contract negotiation, and on-site management, with notable achievements including Eagle Scout Rank and Academic Honors with Oregon State's basketball team.

With over 36 years in the construction industry, Allen brings extensive experience managing projects ranging from small tenant improvements to $150 million developments. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Portland State University with a focus on management and marketing. Allen specializes in wood-framed and post-tension multifamily projects and has led successful builds in retail, food service, senior living, industrial, and large-scale housing sectors. His deep industry knowledge and leadership contribute to the success of every project he takes on.

With a Bachelor of Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Tony Rieger brings over 30 years of diverse experience to Modern Northwest. His career spans roles in sales, retail operations, commercial insurance, and the home remodel industry. As a General Superintendent, Tony focuses on ensuring seamless collaboration among superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors, prioritizing safety and communication to deliver exceptional results across ground-up commercial projects, tenant improvements, multi-family units, and custom homes. Certified in OSHA 10/30, erosion control, and First Aid/CPR, Tony values effective communication to maintain strong project relationships and successful outcomes.

Serge Pankratov is dedicated to transforming plans on paper into tangible, functional buildings that people can see, touch, and inhabit. With a focus on creating structures from the ground up, Serge is passionate about every step of the construction process. His current focus is to refine the building process to ensure it operates smoothly and seamlessly. Serge is committed to continuous learning and innovation to achieve this goal. His personal motto, "Adapt, overcome, and keep going," drives his motivation and determination in every project.

Arthur Klyuchits is a skilled Project Engineer at Modern Northwest, where he excels in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects through meticulous management and coordination. His key responsibilities include creating, reviewing, and overseeing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, managing Requests for Information (RFI) correspondence, and controlling the submittal process by reviewing, tracking, and processing submittals for approval. Arthur also plays a crucial role in the development, maintenance, and distribution of project schedules, and he diligently collects estimates for each trade to maintain budgetary control. His motto, "Prepare diligently, deliver confidently," reflects his commitment to thorough preparation and confident execution in all aspects of his role.
