Sit Still Salon Tenant Improvement in Vancouver, WA

Modern Northwest turned a 700 square foot empty retail space on NE Tenney Road in the Salmon Creek area of Vancouver into a new children's hair salon franchise location. The work ran from October 7 to November 15, 2024.

What we built

A small suite still needs every trade, just on a tighter schedule. This one took about six weeks.

The trades on the job were interior work, plumbing, electrical, grind and seal concrete, and painting. The photos here show the suite during construction, with the framing open and the ceiling grid out.
