Who we are

This website belongs to Modern Northwest, Inc., a commercial general contractor at 19140 NE Portal Way, Portland, OR 97230. You can reach us at (360) 326-2747 or through our contact page.

What you send us through our forms

When you fill out a quote or contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number, your message, and any project details you choose to add, such as project type, size and timeline. We use this information to answer your request and to talk with you about your project.

The form is delivered to our team by email through an email delivery service (Resend). It may also be added to the system we use to keep track of customer inquiries, so the right person can follow up.

Spam protection

To stop automated spam, our server briefly uses the internet (IP) address a form comes from to limit how many messages one address can send in a short time, and it checks the form for signs of a bot.

Website analytics

We use two analytics tools to understand how people use this website, so we can make it better:

• Ahrefs Web Analytics, which counts visits and the pages people view.
• PostHog, which records how visitors use the site, such as the pages viewed, clicks and scrolling, and builds heatmaps. PostHog may use cookies or similar browser storage to do this.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site still works if you do.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to other websites, such as government code and permit pages and our social media profiles. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

Questions or requests

If you have a question about your information, or want us to update or delete what you sent us, call (360) 326-2747 or write to us through the contact page.

Changes

If we change the tools this website uses or what our forms ask for, we will update this page and the date at the top.
