What we built
Turning one chain store into another brand is a full remodel inside an existing shell: a new layout, electrical and lighting, restrooms, storefront and signage for the new tenant.
The garden center came after the store opened: new steel fencing, concrete demolition, asphalt, new curbs, footings for a future canopy, striping and signage. Our retail construction page covers more retail build-outs like this one.
The store conversion brought in interior work, flooring, electrical, painting, fire sprinklers and plumbing. The garden center, built from August to October 2025, added saw cutting, demolition, excavation and paving, concrete, steel fences and gates, striping and signage, and electrical.
