What we built

The space is a long, open room in a corner building in downtown Camas. The finished room has long bar counters, brick and wood walls, an open ceiling with exposed ducts and string lights, and storefront glass at the end of the room.

Downtown buildings come with their own limits: older structure, tight access, and neighbors on both sides. Our Washington page covers how we permit and build tenant improvements in Clark County.

Our records list it as a ground-floor tenant improvement, built from July 2024 to March 2025. The trades on the job were framing and interiors, electrical, an elevator, HVAC, fire alarm, fire sprinklers, flooring, plumbing, painting, finish carpentry, roofing, sliding doors, tile, catering cabinets, door hardware, and EIFS on the outside of the building.
