What we built
A restaurant tenant improvement packs a lot of trades into a short schedule. On this job the work was split into four trade packages: interiors, electrical, plumbing and low voltage.
Plumbing and electrical carry most of the weight in a restaurant, because sinks, kitchen equipment and the dining room each need their own lines. Low voltage covers the data, point-of-sale and phone wiring a restaurant runs on. Our restaurant construction page covers what a kitchen build-out includes and the health department review that runs alongside the building permit.
