What we built

The finished room has a dining area with booths and tables, a long counter with stools, wood shelving for wine and dishes, a service station, and a kitchen behind a pass-through.

A restaurant build-out carries more trades than most suites. On this job they were mechanical and gas, electrical, metal stud framing, insulation, drywall, ceilings and FRP wall panels, fire sprinklers, custom casework, plumbing, grind and seal floors, bath accessories, painting, and LVT flooring with rubber base.
